All of our Group Fitness classes help you shape, tone, build muscle, burn fat and have fun! Smiling is required and is probably the only thing that’s “easy”. You’ll be doing that a lot especially when you look in the mirror and notice your body changing. One of the coolest things about GF is that they accommodate your unique fitness level. If you’re a beginner, jump in the class and feel the burn. The instructor will guide you with modified workout moves that ease you into the program. Experienced?
